Cempanel Cement Particle Board 2400 x 1200 x 8mm Grey

Cembrit Cempanel is a plasterboard panel used as an internal linings on rain screen cladding projects. Manufactured from up of 69% cement and 31% fine wood particles. Cempanel doesn't absorb water and is structurally stronger than timber while combining the strength of cement with the flexibility of the timber. It is resistant to changes in both heat and moisture, with this unique quality of making cempanel fire resistant and an excellent thermal insulator. The board comes with a density of 1100-1300 kg per cubic metre thereby used as soundproofing board. The product has a Class 0 fire resistance rating and conforms to BS EN 634-1:1997.
