A complete fit-out solution: Points Cross development

Located at the heart of Leeds South Bank, Points Cross is a new multi-million-pound residential development set within a buzzing network of vibrant coffee shops, independent businesses and working spaces.

Just 15 minutes from the city centre, once fully completed, the waterside development will create 928 new shared ownership homes, consisting of an impressive array of modern 1, 2, and 3-bedroom flats and 3-bedroom duplexes set across five separate buildings.

Comprehensive fit-out solutions

Working closely with specialist contractor Sparta Systems, Minster supported construction of the development with a comprehensive range of dry lining, ceiling and partitioning solutions, enabling the expert fit-out team to create internal walls and ceilings for the properties.

Governed by strict site delivery times, this project required a high detail of planning to ensure products arrived on site at their specifically allocated slots. Close communication between the Minster teams and Sparta Systems was also imperative to the success of the project.

Minster has worked closely alongside Sparta Systems on an extensive number of projects in recent years, highlighting the success of the relationship between the two.
