At the heart of our commitment to customers is our ability to provide technical support and expertise. Ensuring that at all levels of our business, they have access to the knowledge required to inform product specification decisions. 

Our supplier partners play a huge part in this, supporting us by delivering training to our teams and keeping them up-to-date on the latest industry developments and product information. 

One such supplier is ARC Building Solutions, who, over the last year, has worked closely with our fire protection team as we have focussed on its growth and expansion.

In this article, Minster Fire Protection Sales Director Carrie Blackshaw and ARC’s Head of Sales and Specification, Aaron Sharp, elaborate more on the importance of their collaboration and the positive impact it brings to customers.
